Welcome to Tycoon: The Grand Pauper (the "App"), developed and operated by Lunaria Creative LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

An account is not required to use the App. You may play the game without creating an account or providing any personal information. However, if you wish to access online multiplayer features or save your game data to the cloud, you will need to create an account.
If you choose to create an account, we collect only the information necessary to provide and improve your experience. Specifically:
Alternatively, you may sign in with Google or Apple. If you choose this option, we receive limited profile information from those providers (typically your email address and a unique identifier) in accordance with their own privacy policies.
We do not collect your real name, location data, payment information, device identifiers, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

Lunaria Creative LLC is based in the United States. If you are accessing the App from the European Union or European Economic Area, please be aware that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.
Where we transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. You may delete your account at any time directly within the App. Upon account deletion, your account is deactivated immediately and all personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 7 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal obligations or to resolve disputes.

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law, including within 72 hours where required under GDPR.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 where required by applicable law, such as under GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

Request deletion of personal information we've collected. You may also delete your account directly within the App.
We do not sell your personal information, so no opt-out is necessary.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
To exercise your California privacy rights, please contact us using the information in Section 13. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
Obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and receive a copy of it.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Request deletion of your personal data. You may also delete your account directly within the App.
Request that we restrict processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Object to processing where we rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis.
Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
File a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe our processing infringes the GDPR.
We will respond to GDPR requests within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and notify you through the App or via email.
